Great stuff. You've definitely made me want to try MGS3 again. I first played the original PS2 version, which had the classic top-down camera from the previous games. I found it unplayable at the time, but will definitely give the HD version of Subsistence a try on Game Pass.

I suspect that people's experiences of love/hate with MGS3 might depend largely on which version of it they played.
